Council is implementing Multi-Factor Authentication. All staff will require the Microsoft Authenticator mobile app to access the below sites. Click here for the MFA Setup Guide.

Change Your Password

You will need to know your current or expired password for this process. If you have forgotten your password please call IT ServiceDesk to have it reset.

Employee Self Service

Access Aurion for self service, payroll and online recruitment.

Webmail

Rockhampton Regional Council employees can access email, calendar and appointments via the Microsoft Outlook Web App. If you're on a slow connection or using a computer with unusually strict browser security settings you will have to use the light version. The light version of Outlook Web App includes fewer features.

RRC MS Teams

Using your RRC email address and password to log onto MS Teams.

Or log into the Remote Access - RDS and open MS teams.

Beakon (Take 5s, online training on any device, anytime)

This is where you will do your Take 5's and online training.

You will automatically log on if you are on the Council network. If you are off the Council network enter RRC\"your user name" and password and click OK. For example: RRC\smiths. Chrome is the recommended browser for the best performance.

Remote Access - RDS (recommended method of connecting to RRC network)

Authorised Rockhampton Regional Council employees can remotely access Council's IT systems from any computer or Council supplied device.
